Barrel-aged Feta PDO

The Barrel Feta of the Galaktokomiki Tripoleos is a Product with Designation of Origin (PDO) and awarded with the "Hellenic Label" since 2015.

It is made only with fresh sheep and goat milk (70% sheep, 30% goat) which is made in the traditional way with the know-how that is passed down from generation to generation.The barrel-aged feta cheese is also our largest production and is matured in the old traditional way in wooden beech wood barrels.
