Homemade cheese pies with feta cheese and yogurt

Ingredients
Ingredients for homemade cheesecakes
- 200gr. Yoghurt from Galaktokomiki Tripoleos
- 500 gr. Flour for all uses
- 1 Egg
- 250gr. Feta PDO from Galaktokomiki Tripoleos
- 80gr. Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
1. Put the egg, oil and yogurt in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
2. Add the flour, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix with a spoon.
3. Once our dough is created, we continue kneading with our hands. If the dough sticks to our hands, add as much flour as needed.
4. Put the feta in another bowl and melt it with a fork.
5. Cut our dough into twenty equal balls, open our dough one by one and add a tablespoon of feta cheese.
6. Close the dough and press the edges with a fork.
7. Transfer the cheesecakes to a large baking tray, after we have lined them with greaseproof paper.
8. Preheat the oven to 180ºC fan and bake for 20 minutes.
